Before your appointment

  • Take time to find inspiration for your desired look.

  • Pro tip: If there’s a time where you loved your hair, bring in a picture of yourself.

  • Compile a list of any medications you are currently taking, any known allergies and/or reactions to chemicals.

During your appointment

  • Upon your arrival, we will ask you to fill out new client paperwork. I keep thorough notations of each appointment for my records.

  • Before preforming actual work, together we will have a detailed consultation. Discussing your beauty visions. Looking through pictures of inspiration, studying your natural features, and establishing a plan suited especially for you.

wellness & covid protocol

  • If you are awaiting test results, have tested positive in 7 days or less, or have been directly exposed we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have visible cold/flu/covid symptoms you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Including, (but not limited to) fever, chills, sweats, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, sore throat, severe congestion, flush skin tone.

Cancellation policy

  • Failure to cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours will result in a $50.00 service fee.

  • Day of cancellations & “No Shows” will be charged your full service amount. you will not be rebooked until this fee is paid.

  • Please understand if you fail to cancel your appointment without proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another guest.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes+ late to your appointment, you may have to forfeit part of your service or be rescheduled. I strive to stay on schedule to give each client the time, concentration & quality service they deserve.
